Militant X 1

Ravens Ring of Honor
He very well could be the best receiver, he is in his prime, and no team will touch him. What a waste!

He's radio-active!

BRADLEY CHUBB
LB, DENVER BRONCOS

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb (knee) tore his ACL and is out for the year.
Chubb actually returned to Sunday's game with said ACL tear and played until the final whistle. Now 0-4 and having lost their best young player for the season, it's not a stretch to say the Broncos have hit rock-bottom. Chubb notched 12 sacks in his breakout rookie campaign and was on pace for career-high marks in tackles and quarterback hits before this speed bump. UDFA Malik Reed, who has one sack on the year, is the next man up for Denver.

MITCHELL TRUBISKY
QB, CHICAGO BEARS

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Mitchell Trubisky's MRI revealed a dislocated left shoulder and "slight" labrum tear.
Trubisky reportedly doesn't need surgery and will be back "sooner rather than later." He'll make the trip to London in Week 5, but with a bye week scheduled for the ensuing Sunday, he can be unofficially ruled out ahead of time. A spot-start against the Raiders isn't the worst position to be in for Chase Daniel, who engineered points on 4 of Chicago's first 5 drives off the bench in Sunday's win. Trubisky should be able to return for Week 7.

JOHN ROSSWR, CINCINNATI BENGALS

NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports John Ross (shoulder) is expected to miss multiple games.
Ross suffered his injury in the second half of Monday Night Football's blowout loss. It's an injury that an 0-4 team can't have, especially with the depth behind Ross. Tyler Boyd will continue to handle the slot and be the top receiver for Andy Dalton, while 2018 7th-rounder Auden Tate slides into the No. 2 role. When Ross is healthy in "a month or so", he might be the team's third option with A.J. Green (ankle) inching towards a return.

Ross done again

JOHN ROSSWR, CINCINNATI BENGALS

Bengals placed WR John Ross (clavicle) on injured reserve.
Ross can't catch a break in terms of injuries; he'll be sidelined a minimum of eight games before being eligible to return from I.R. Ross left with a shoulder injury this past Monday night and has been diagnosed with a collarbone issue. Ross can now be dropped in season-long leagues. The Bengals signed WR Stanley Morgan off their practice squad to take Ross' spot.

talk about a freak --

Barkley was jogging yesterday

SAQUON BARKLEYRB, NEW YORK GIANTS

Coach Pat Shurmur reiterated Thursday that a return for Saquon Barkley (ankle) is possible for Sunday.
Shurmur added that the Giants are going to bring Barkley back, "as quickly and as smartly as possible." He's on pace to smash his original 4-8 week timetable, but we'd still be surprised to see him out there Sunday against the Vikings. Of course, Shurmur and company do appear to be set on rushing Barkley back into action after noting, "Some people’s doctor’s had him at eight weeks. Not my doctors." Wayne Gallman will continue to work as the Giants' featured RB if Barkley remains sidelined.

Kaare Vedvik turned down a tryout to work on punting. Wonder if the tryout was with the Patriots.

We should bring him into camp again this offseason.

I'd honestly be a little worried about losing our kicking coach if Vedvik returned and we turned him back into a kicking beast.

hmmm, that's a really good point, unless we know he doesn't want to go anywhere. Surprised he hasn't been offered a job someplace else....or has he.

Apparently, he works part-time, in an arrangement he requested and got from Ravens. Perhaps others won't do it that way or aren't close enough geographically?
