Rudolph is still wildly inaccurate and can’t push the ball down the field unless guys are WIDE open. If we are disciplined then we should absolutely destroy their shit. The only chance they stand against any defense is misdirection causing lapses and power run game. Rudolph does work the pocket very well but he seems to prefer super late dump offs as his only real play.

Their offense with Rudolph doesn’t scare me one unit UNLESS we are unable to fix our run d and their OL just destroys us. My concern this week is that the Steelers have perfect players to defend this ground game, devin bush, Minkah, and Barron are all gonna be very hard for Lamar to run against, it should be very hard for us to work flats and pitches and zone reads with that kind of speed in the box. Hell, if they told Terrell edmunds that he sucks in coverage and to just spy Lamar 100% of snaps, then he could really stifle our game plan.

Their secondary is a little better with Minkah but still shit. I reckon Lamar will kill them through the air.

Oh I don’t think for one second their secondary can stop our passing game, but I do think their pass rush can, and when Lamar scrambles they have some real weapons for cleanup duty

I don't hink their pass rush will be as effecteive as it was vs sorry Bengals O line and lost in space Andy Dalton.

Our OL isn’t the bengals but it’s not a good unit by any means against the pass. I hope like hell that Stanley and brown hold the edges against watt and Dupree, because I don’t trust our interior to hold up vs anyone and now our sorry C is hurt

It is, literally there are 2 things missing, consistency in which we hit deep balls when the opportunity presents itself, and finishing consistently, and I think the latter has been kinda flukey and the former will come with time.
 
I still want to know what the hell Bowser was thinking on that 88 Yard TD. He played that so horribly and I just want to know why he left Chubb completely untouched. The only thing that comes to mind is taking up blockers. Thats it.

I feel like Jefferson was more inexcusable.
1. You’re a veteran
2. You’re one of our highest paid
3. You’re a db who sucks in coverage, so be good in the run game amirite?
4. There was outside contain, why are you screaming downhill to the sideline as if you’re the only person who can be nearby if he steps out of bounds, that’s not important, do your job, big gap directly in front of you and there’s sideline contain, get in the goddamn gap
 
I was so mad when we signed jefferson lol..it dont even bother me when he makes bad plays cause its something i expected when we first got him..
