That's huge news in regards to Cam Newton. I expected Foles to start.

DE'LANCE TURNERRB, MIAMI DOLPHINS

Dolphins signed RB De'Lance Turner off the Ravens' practice squad.
With Mark Walton suspended the next four games, the Dolphins needed to add a body behind Kalen Ballage and Myles Gaskin. A second-year UDFA, Turner made four 2018 appearances for the Ravens but touched the ball just three touches. Turner took the rock 35 times for 145 yards and a touchdown this preseason, adding 5/27 as a receiver.

KWON ALEXANDERLB, SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS

49ers placed WLB Kwon Alexander on injured reserve with a torn pectoral, ending his season.
Surprisingly given a four-year, $54 million deal that included $27 million guaranteed in free agency, Alexander was playing every down and exceeding in coverage. The rest, not so much. It's still a massive blow for the 49ers' NFC-best defense as it thins their depth and removes Alexander's plus trait as a cover man. Despite being drafted in 2015, 2020 will still only be Alexander's age-26 campaign.

Good for Turner.

This sucks. Turner has a lot of potential.

Max Kellerman: “You think I’m gonna completely Jump off the Browns bandwagon, just because they lost to Denver? Yea I am, gonna do that. The Browns stink. They’re terrible.”

yeah, right

DEAN SPANOSC, LOS ANGELES CHARGERS

The NFL has released a statement denying that moving the Chargers to London is being explored.
"There is no substance whatsoever to this report," the league said in an uncredited statement. "No consideration has been given to the Chargers playing anywhere other than Los Angeles." The strongly-worded letter dragged on a bit after that. The fact that these statements are necessary at all tells you all you need to know about the Chargers' viability in Los Angeles. Bolts players keep complaining about having to play 16 road games. L.A. simply isn't a two-team market after two decades of enjoying the Red Zone channel. It's looking increasingly likely the Chargers will have to make another move at some point, though London isn't realistic.

i dont know that he really showed anything that makes me wish we'd kept him - he was a serviceable camp body who had a couple of nice preseason plays in both camps but ultimately isnt a talent i think would have ever found his way onto our roster let alone got snaps

good luck to him in miami - they need a healthy running back there so he may well get snaps early and often - if he wants a chance to earn a career on 53 man rosters then this is his chance
