I'm so hyped, finally something to be hyped about after during this miserable fucking year.
Man I really hope we nail this and we don't end up full of fringe talents none of us have heard of. Also I can't take another year of Sami complaining non stop

Would be an outrageous draft if I haven’t heard of any of our picks lol
It would be disappointing and I’d be livid
But no way would it be worse than those 2 picks
I see Cleveland having a trade in place with the Skins for Trent Williams and that could take them off the list for an offensive lineman with the 10th pick. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised to see them trade back into the 1st round and try to take Ezra Cleveland, who they have been linked to, even if they trade for Williams. It wouldn't surprise me in the least.

I personally believe that given Tampa Bay's 1 yr window with Tom Brady and Gronk, they are the front runners to trade for Trent Williams to protect Brady's blind side. Just my view.

Queen to Baltimore sure seems to be gaining some steam, in the final mocks. I'd be ok with it. I can't really see anyone other than Philly going linebacker after Simmons is picked.

I don't think they can afford him. Bucs are right up against the cap right now, meaning they'd have to cut significant assets to make room for him. With no extension, he's owed $12.5M this year, and even with one, his cap hit is still likely to be in that range.
Bucs would need to clear like $10M + in cap space to make that work. The irony for me is... that's what they're going to pay Gronk, at a position they didn't need.

For me, the favorite now and for a long time now continues to be the Browns. They've got a respectable 2nd round pick they can give up for him (or possibly trade Njoku and a sweetner), they've got plenty of cap space to pay him, and they need a LT as badly as anybody in football. And they want to win now.
My biggest fear tonight is that the Browns acquire Trent prior to drafting, and then they can take a pretty high quality defensive player at #10.

Would be the mother of all trades if this occurred...
- Pro Football Talks' Mike Florio reports the Dolphins are attempting to acquire the No. 3 pick in order to make the Bengals a Godfather offer for the No. 1 pick.
Per Florio, "The Dolphins believe that a potential Godfather offer to the Bengals for the first overall pick would be even harder to refuse if the Dolphins offer both No. 3 and No. 5 as part of the package. That’s the primary purpose of the Miami effort to finagle No. 3 from Detroit." Previously ESPN's Adam Schefter reported the Bengals have declined the Dolphins' efforts to move up to No. 1. It's unlikely we see that stance change, although two top-five picks would certainly be enticing.

i just cannot see how the bengals accept any offer tbh - there's only 1 slam dunk qb in this class right now and they get to pick him - to give that away and then not even get the best non-qb in the class because he's gone at 2 would be wild even for 2 top 5 picks...
given the dolphins going all out to trade up im guessing that means the medical on tua is really worrying them which would mean that at 3 the bengals would have to take herbert and then take a blue-chip player at 5 but is that worth missing out on burrow?

mmqb just mocked us trading up to 23 for murray, now that's 2 mock drafts that came out today saying we'll swap picks with the pats
