Your iq is average

Sure.

It's quite funny you say that because I graduated a year earlier than the rest of my classmates in 2001 but anyhow it goes without saying that academia is a joke and not true wisdom. It's simply a brainwashing curriculum based on creating programmed and obedient people who think they are thinking for themselves.

Let me be more precise...

You’re dumb.

Sure, I've spent the last 20 years of my life reading and studying the works of Jordan Maxwell, kashmir shivaism among hundreds of eclectic texts.
Want to know who's dumb? People following this ''lockdown'' like a bunch of sheep.

Ravens will have the leagues best defense in 2020. I don’t see how we don’t. Keeping Judon on the tag for a year is the right move because as it stands now we have a super bowl defense.

we already have the best secondary, and we kept the band together there and tavon young and deshon Elliott will be returning, so that’s set.

but the front seven, man, the weakness from last year... Michael pierce moved on, and we added Calais Campbell and Derek Wolfe, drafted Patrick Queen, Justin madubuike, and Malik Harrison... that is absurd. I seriously can’t wait to see this.

Derek Wolfe is an average football player that won't hurt the team but won't make the team better. Tavon young has stolen a living based on what he's actually done an I think he's average.

Matt Judon? He's alright.
We still don't have a dominant edge guy . We have a solid football team but I have HUGE reservations regarding our IOL

he’s not an upgrade from Michael pierce, but I think average is pretty harsh, I’d say solid. He’s a solid one year rental.

Personally, for me we had a good night. If we would have grabbed Mims instead of Dobbins, I would have thought it was a great night. I admit I was a little upset about the Dobbins pick but I have a feeling he will grow on me and I will probably become a big fan.
If Dobbins does well for us we’ll all be big fans, or at least most of us ... with the exception of some who have predicted this was a bad pick and will endlessly find flaw and will cherry pick from the 100+ or so guy picked after him who emerge as great pros who we clearly should have picked instead

No. I advocate grass fed animal products along with a specific synergy of reservatrol and camu camu. The key is Vitamins ( hormones) A and D along with magnesium and a VitaminK 1-2-4-7 complex (found in raw butter oil and animal organs) at the right ratio. Zinc- Copper ratio is important too.

Low oxalate veggies too and if you insist on doing the vegetarian or vegan route ( i don't recommend) make sure legumes, nuts etc are all sprouted to release the phytic acid which chelates and stops/limits the absorption of your essential minerals.

Also have some Lugols solution with you at all time. (great iodine blend)

Don't mix your fats with carbs. I prefer going in and out of ketosis to give the kidneys a chance to be strong in the long term. Have a healthy fat to carb ratio of 7:1

Also, fresh water fish such as alaskan pollock and rainbow trout. Fish eggs are great too. Make sure it's not farmed crap.

If Harrison is a natural Mike with even rotational-level ability like people on here are saying then I love the pick because that's what Bynes was, and look what the coaches got out of him. Plug him right in and let's go.

never mind. Just enjoy this classic and John Barnes with the most epic english rap.

If you actually are interested in nutrition feel free to PM me with any questions and I'll go into more detail. It's about homeostasis and we're all different as it pertains to our trajectory on an epigenetic level.
