"What ifs"

Any thoughts on the Matt Ryan comments I made earlier? Curious what people think. So many different scenarios may have played out.
Don't think he would have been half as good playing mostly outdoors with a mediocre group of receivers. No SB in 2012 with Matt.

Flipping the coin what if Julio, Roddy and Gonzalez played in Baltimore with Joe?

We'd have just as many rings as the Steelers. Joe>Matt.

In 2001 after winning the SB the Ravens dropped their qb. In that draft they picked Todd Heap 31st overall. Drew Brees was picked 32nd overall.

That defense, that O-line, Jamal Lewis, with Drew Brees at qb. That could have been special.

Maybe, but it did take Brees a few years to get up to speed. If I recall, it wasn't until Phillip Rivers was drafted that Drew Brees started to do well. There isn't any guarantee he would have done well in Baltimore. That being said, it would have definitely been intriguing, to say the least.

What if we never traded for Kyle Boller in 2003 and actually kept our 2004 first round pick? Do we go after a QB in the 2004 Draft? Perhaps we take Big Ben? Or does that mean we get Rodgers in 2005?

What if we randomly find out one night that Earl Thomas was cheating on his wife with another woman and his own brother then got held at gunpoint by his wife?

What if L** E***s's bum ass held on to that coach and we win the game? I don't give a shit what any Giants fan say, we'd bitchslap them in the Super Bowl.

I don't think we win 47 if that happened.

Yeah. I never got this we go back to back. The team is most likely less hungry the following the year and certain guys probably retire earlier. I do think we stomp the shit out of the Giant though.

What if we don't collapse against the Steelers in 2010-11 divisional?

What if they ruling stands no TD against Steelers in 08 and we get homefield?

What if TMZ never releases that Rice video?

What if the Patriots weren't cheating bastards?

What if Joe Flacco doesn't tear his ACL? Does he not end up being a shell of his former self? Do we get back to our Superbowl caliber level or do we just become marginally competitive, denying us the incentive to draft Lamar Jackson and just roll with Flacco for another 5 years.

He was playing like shit before the tear so probably not.

If he didn't tear his ACL, and he played like he did in 2017 for the 15-16 seasons, I don't think much would have changed. I think its possible we wouldn't have gotten Lamar, but I think we would have been in the new starting QB market as late as 2019 in that scenario.

He was, but he wasn't our OC at the time (he started in 2015). That was Caldwell......who was predictable AF.
Wait didn't he tear his ACL in 2015? Because that year he regressed significantly e.g. bad footwork after Kubiak left.
2013 was just awful. Bad management, OC, Wr, OL, RB.

Qb play was bad in 13 but the main culprit was the OL. The collapse that season was amazing.
