Here is the thing about people who have terrible numbers. If you are not performing in a lesser league, why? I get that being able perform in a lesser league does not guarantee that you will do well in NFL, but if you are not getting it done in college there had better be a really good reason why. Not being able to perform in college is more of a red flag then performing in college is a green light.

I’m surprised we went Oweh but not mad. It’s certainly a risk but those measurables are insane. We typically pick the ultra productive but athletically limited edge guys, so we went the opposite this time and I’m excited to see how it goes.

We chose measurables over production. We picked Oweh over Ojurali. Surprised. How about you guys?

Jeff Zrebriec mention something regarding Azeez Ojulari is that he has a knee issue so that may be why he fell out the first round or wasn't on The Ravens radar to draft.

Because coaches can’t always unlock their less refined players, it may take a few years of maturing for something to click mentally for them, lots of reasons, there have been a lot of “better pro than college player” prospects over the years, the situation matters

dude's just raw - not a red flag at all - and it's not like he didnt produce at all - just had 0 sacks in a shortened season in 2020...

For those quoting 0 sacks, watch the tape and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Tape is much better than the stat book indicates. He’s certainly not perfect and is going to need some work, but there are a ton of flashes as well.

yeah - it makes me excited because to go against that form suggests they really love and felt pretty sure about him
