Atleast Oweh has some upside
Stiffest man alive.. A blind could've seen it coming. At least sets the edge against the runPeople get all enamored with stats versus stuff you don’t get put in the books for... tell me, how is “sack daddy” doing again?
And to hell with run defense. We have a bunch of guys who can defend against the run and no one pressuring the qb. If he actually develops we will give teams PROBLEMS. I like the pick.

Ooh, I like the sound of thathe's also a decent run defender already
he's like an even freakier but less refined kwity paye

We took an edge who led in sacks and hasn't done shit. If we're going to take someone who can't get home at least let them be athletic.
We chose measurables over production. We picked Oweh over Ojurali. Surprised. How about you guys?
Here is the thing about people who have terrible numbers. If you are not performing in a lesser league, why? I get that being able perform in a lesser league does not guarantee that you will do well in NFL, but if you are not getting it done in college there had better be a really good reason why. Not being able to perform in college is more of a red flag then performing in college is a green light.
Because coaches can’t always unlock their less refined players, it may take a few years of maturing for something to click mentally for them, lots of reasons, there have been a lot of “better pro than college player” prospects over the years, the situation mattersHere is the thing about people who have terrible numbers. I’m surprised we went Owen but not mad. It’s certainly a risk but those measurables are insane. We typically pick the ultra productive but athletically limited edge guys, so we went the opposite this time and I’m excited to see how it goes.
