I'd agree with this and not sure I'd extend OBJ either. They have time to evaluate though
not a good omen when Tucker misses. Thankfully it doesn't happen often.
It was clear there wasn't much there. Had my hopes up a little bit during the Minnesota game but that was clearly opposing personnel and nothing Bell did. His play style now is much more reminiscent of Murray so it didn't make sense going forward.
Same. Was hoping he'd bring more to the passing game than he did. Hopefully the release is a good sign for Murray's ankle.

Agreed. And maybe even that a young guy gets an opportunity... McCrary's time should be coming soon. Might not be this week but would imagine it comes before the end of the year.

Probably has to do with Boyle coming back and he'll be more so helping with pass protection and what not.
Cleveland makes the most sense. Harrison and Hayes potentially soon as well.
Also wondering if they're holding out hope on Wolfe a little bit. Technically his window expires today. Maybe they activate him and pray? Doubtful but just thinking out loud.
i mean it's one or the other or both - maybe mcrary's shown enough to get a look - especially given the fact that even last week ty'son couldnt get a touch... yet bell's gone
but we're down to 3 RBs on the active roster so we're going to see one of murray or mcrary this sunday

Murray has looked like the better runner between the two and it's not like Bell has offered anything in the passing game aside from being good in pass protection. Bell has just looked SLOW out there and is clearly at the end of his career.

He doesn’t have anything else to offer it seems, loved his character when he was here though, seems like he really wanted to be here and be part of it
I'd be happy if he ends up back on the practice squad. Not like anybody better is really available.

I wonder why now, it’s not like we made any moves. I guess Tyson and Mccuary?
Would guess it's more of a courtesy. He wasn't in the gameplan this like and likely wasn't going to be unless an injury occurred. Veteran courtesy to let him get out there instead of holding onto him knowing he was going to get cut Saturday anyways. If he gets claimed, no loss. If he clears and wants to return to the PS at some point, you have some goodwill built.
