I would take Chubb over any defender not name minka fitzpatrickSay we end up with a top10 or top12 pick, am I the only one who'd take Bradley Chubb before Arden Key? (this is just a debate between the two, not Nelson or whoever else).
Why is Fitzpatrick so good in everyone's eyes?I would take Chubb over any defender not name minka fitzpatrick
Hes got instincts that are off the charts to go with his athleticismWhy is Fitzpatrick so good in everyone's eyes?
As a CB you mean? I'm asking because I'm pretty lazy to do CB this year, even though some look nice like Denzel Ward. So I don't plan on studying Minkah much on tape.Hes got instincts that are off the charts to go with his athleticism
Idk. Hes just a DB in my eyes. You can really have him do whatever you want. Id put him at safety for us but it depends who drafts him and what they need him forAs a CB you mean? From what I've seen he plays too close to the LoS to really be a FS and he certainly doesn't have the strength to be a SS, so he's a CB in my eyes.Idk. Hes just a DB in my eyes. That's all caused by injuries and/or freshman DBs.From what I've seen he plays too close to the LoS to really be a FS and he certainly doesn't have the strength to be a SS, so he's a CB in my eyes.
Any game in particular where I can see him play FS? That's what I want to evaluate from him. That's all caused by injuries and/or freshman DBs.
He played corner, FS, SS, nickel at high level over the last 3 years and I can't really tell what is his best spot because he is really, really good at everything. Aces ST as well.
Scouts all over NFL and FOs will love his measurables - last spring he had sub 4.4 40 dash in front of NFL scouts and while still in high school, he was clocking 20-shuttle at 3.87 (only 6 players had better shuttle time at the combine since 2006).
Couple all that athleticism and talent with (everybody says) great football brain and you'd be pretty safe spending top pick on him unless there's really good QB you might need.
Basically any game after Eddie Jackson's injury vs A&M in '16.Any game in particular where I can see him play FS? That's what I want to evaluate from him.
Chubb is one of my top 2 defenders, easilySay we end up with a top10 or top12 pick, am I the only one who'd take Bradley Chubb before Arden Key? (this is just a debate between the two, not Nelson or whoever else).
I think he could very well be our pick. Fits the culture and Ozzie's criterias.Chubb is one of my top 2 defenders, easily
What position does he play?I think he could very well be our pick. Fits the culture and Ozzie's criterias.
In our scheme he can play OLB or 5tech. Both at a high level. What position does he play?
I think he's a 5T ideally. He could legitimately be the best 5T I've seen in a very long time, better than deforest Buckner, not quite bosa coming out but a higher ceiling and has a better shot at playing OLB in a 34 than him. What position does he play?

43 end seems to be his ideal spot. He's not little but would probably need to bulk up to be effective 5T.would you say his best position is a 4-3 de then or is he a legit 5tech or 3-4 olb?
I would prefer him at 5T because he is just all man when he takes on blockers, so keeping him close and letting him engage and beat the shit out of guys and push the edge of the pocket, rather than send him on a wide edge rush where he has to eat up space, he's got good burst and closing speed but he's no Myles Garrett in that regard, I like him better when he's able to bully guys up close and personal, he disengages well and knifes the inside shoulder well toowould you say his best position is a 4-3 de then or is he a legit 5tech or 3-4 olb?
