The Ugly, The Ugly and The Win I Guess???

Maybe. Just depends on the job.

Honestly if this guy worked for me, I'd probably consider firing him for posting something so stupid online.

The reason people like this post this shit online is because a) they probably don't have a job worth keeping if they were to be fired, b) they may own some small business and not give a shit what people think about them (likely losing business that way, but they're too stupid to know), or c) they're unemployed themselves and have nothing to lose.

If I had a true, professional career (which I do), I'm never posting a video of myself cursing out another human being in a parking lot, when I don't know the person or really have no reasonable reason to do so (i.e. they actually did something personally to me). Like you can do it if you want to and pray nobody notices, but I'm certainly not streaming it myself.

That level of stupidity isn't a person I could ever justify employing for me.
If I was perpetually unemployed I wouldn’t even do this, because it’s just embarrassing.

I’ve been a Finance Manager for over 6 years. You’d never catch me drunk in public or yelling at ANYONE simply because I spent money to see them.

It’s about respect. Money doesn’t entitle you to shit.
the money literally means nothing, Lamar should’ve known better than to clap back at hecklers, the dude who posted this video is a complete tool, and Roman deserves to be fired, all of these things can be true and nobody’s status or bank account have anything to do with it

They’re so terrible that you feel the need to keep responding until I just give up on your bitch ass
Yes, because beating up on a dead horse is fun for me.
Especially the times where the public unknowingly admits they're inferior to "rich people" because they hold them to a higher standard than themselves.

This board has three factions.
1) The incoherent wackadoo
2) The literal sadist
3) Everyone else

Within everyone else there are 2 subfactions.
1) Coaching and GM is the problem
2) Injuries and player execution are the problem

I just wish we could have as much enthusiasm for discussion about football as well do random semipolitical bullshit.

When we Gon start the “DeCosta ain’t that good at drafting” narrative? Cause it’s looking meh
it was already posted and you can see that he has had a lot of very good picks. I'm not going to list them again.

Everyone is mad at the 19 draft but when you get back same value for your 1st round pick in his contract year was the pick really bad? And then turn that pick into a potential 10+ year starter I'm not too mad. Powers is starting. People are mad at him we haven't drafted top 10 and he's provided pretty good return. People are just mad now because Bateman is hurt and Oweh seems so damn slow off the snap.

I wonder if there would be so many complaints about his drafting if this team did something crazy like stay healthy. The wr situation this year and OL last year weren't handled properly. If you want to say that I can understand. Also would listen to why didn't we move up for so and so depending on when and where.

I agree we should have drafted a WR, but we were attempting to do so and in the first round the WRs got sniped up before we had a chance. We went Ojabo instead of Pickens in the 2nd round and I'm still in favor of that move and by a long shot. You're looking at a player that had the potential of being drafted in the top 10 if not top 15 vs a borderline first round to mid 2nd round player. That was a no brainer to me.

But we've lost almost 25% of Ojabo's rookie contract due to injury, which drops his value down to about the mid 2nd, where we took him. Not to mention, WR was the biggest positional hole putting a ceiling on our prospects for the season. (Other than OC)

I didn't dislike the Ojabo pick, at least it was a high value position, but it should have been Pickens.

you are entitled to your opinion, but I take best player available knowing Ojabo could miss his entire rookie year and I liked Pickens also.

I get what you're saying but pass rusher was also a position of need and without the injury he's a first rounder. Also had familiarity had with the player.

borderline 1st rounder. He's had a good year, 500 yards a couple touchdowns, but lets not assume he has those yards in Baltimore. He probably has half of that here. Would he help, no question, but so will Ojabo when he gets on the field and I'm looking more towards next year also, when we most likely lose Houston and Campbell.

Pickens and Ojabo will be tied together for a while, just like Bowser and JuJu were tied together for a while and many of us wanted to take JuJu over Bowser.

What a huge difference between playing the Broncos this past Sunday and playing them in the Mile High Miracle game. That win was one of the greatest highs and this game was such depressing low, for a last minute win.

The poor offensive performance was expected to be honest. Sure, things "may" have been different with Lamar in the rest of the game facing the Bronco's #3 defense however, the Raven's offense (even with Lamar) has struggled against the Panthers and the Jaguars so, you knew that this was going to be one of those types of games as well. I hate it but, it is what it is. Now, we have to go to Pittsburgh to face the resurging Steelers. Get ready for another "oooooogly" performance by the Ravens.
