Which is why I ignore both sides. To me it's all speculation.

I do think the NLFPA is trying to get him to do their job for them. The nfl has the worst players association and think if they were polled most would feel they don't do a good job.

Or nobody is lying and everyone feeds into “reports” that are probably not valid because each side refuses to talk

The only thing we know with certainty is that Lamar turned down an off of 5 years with $133M guaranteed at signing and between $160-180M total guarantees

If you watch the interview he just seems like a spiteful person. You can really hear and see the disdain he has for the owners

We’re all just caught in the middle. Would be sweet if this was all bullshit and we sign Lamar to a long term sensible contract
 
Lamar himself said that $160 guaranteed was not the exact number he was offered and alluded to the number being somewhere between 160-180. Did not say if it was guaranteed though.

He's been toasted by the owners since 2011 with the previous cba but hey the players keep electing him and it's a shame cuz only like 30% vote
