Don't really understand the premise though. Why wouldn't you want a rookie QB to be the last piece of the puzzle?
If the roster is "too good" today, why wouldn't it still be good 2,3,4 years from now?

I have no issue at all starting a rookie if its a high draft pick. Same reason I no issue with Lamar starting his rookie year, and he was a LOT greener than most of these first round QBs are going to be.

Plus, this roster still has holes. Still need receivers. Still need pass rushers. Still need Corners.
