You guys see Watson’s backward pass? Yea their defense is good, but Watson is not good and I trust our defense to play good and I trust Lamar to get the win. Hopefully at least Gus or Hill will be back and at least Bateman or OBJ

there will have to be roster shuffle if neither gus or justice are back coz we need 3 and we'd need to use both elevations on RBs... and still only have 2...
hopefully gus makes it through the protocol
we heard justice's injury wasnt super serious
van noy will also need monitoring too - we've only got clowney and tavius robinson on the 53 right now at EDGE healthy
the fact that ojabo was on the sideline the whole rest of the game hopefully means his injury isnt too serious but who knows
i hope you're right that some guys return to practice this week - we need guys to return or the level of current attrition of healthy guys is unsustainable

Well all I can say is that the Bengals have looked pretty bad at many stretches the last 2 years and then got hot near the end. So if we do lose we can cope with that, especially because Lamar always plays better near the end of the season and is always full strength

If Marcus Williams gets reinjured someone should be fired, he’s already practicing, so is Tyler and Stanley which is good news

Back at practice: Stanley, Linderbaum, Edwards, Williams
Out of practice: OBJ, Bateman, Hamilton (no idea what this was for... hopefully just rest), Hill, Marlon, Ojabo and Oweh.
So offense working its way back. Defense still missing big-time players.

My thoughts always were that we didn’t pratice Tyler Marcus and Ronnie last week in order to make sure they are fully healthy for this week. We need Ronnie for tj watt next week at the worst.

Extremely light on the 53 at RB (Edwards), WR (Flowers + Agholor + Duvernay), and OLB (Clowney + Robinson + Moon). Hopefully Justice Hill can make it back since he's reported to have been working out on a side field.
Otherwise, you might need to add some or all of Gordon, Drake, Treadwell, Ryan, and Van Noy to the roster for Sunday.

would be nice to get some clarity on the ojabo injury
im assuming if it's just hamstring tightness that bateman just needs to manage his load before sunday
great sign that ronnie, tyler and MW are all back practicing whether they're ready for sunday or not
have to assume that if Edwards is practicing that he's passed the concussion protocol to an extent that you would be surprised if he's unavailable on sunday

Guessing they are monitoring these guys closely and they won't play unless the docs/training staff are 100% sure that they're ready to go. Way too early in the season to force things, especially given how the backups have held their own.
