Purdy sure did get that Flacco Stare after throwing multiple picks.

First of all, this game is why I watch the NFL. Two really good teams making a lot of good plays and there's a highlight every 2 minutes. Winning is fun, but a good game is a lot more fun.

My highlight plays:
* Marlon blowing up an o-lineman like he wasn't even there. One of the funniest plays of the year, probably together with Queen deciding not to take a free run at the QB a few weeks ago
* Likely streatching out and collecting the pass on that extended play
* Gus going 40 yards on the pass play
my favorite play and one of my favorite plays of the year is Kyle Hamilton getting chop blocked then getting up and making the interception.

of course he is, well we had Kyle Hamilton go down around the same time.
I mean it’s a pretty easy argument that the best LT in football is more valuable than a top 3, or even top 1, S.

It was amazing how they suddenly just fell apart and couldn’t block anyone the moment that happened. Made me realize that OL might still be more valuable than WRs when it comes to getting elite ones.

theres no question he's more valuable, but Hamilton is arguably our best defensive player. They were moving the ball much easier when Hamilton was on the bench. That being said, we had a pretty good lead prior to Williams going out of the game anyway.

OL will always be important. People point to Brady's weapons, who aren't as bad as people make them out to be for his offense, but he almost always had a top 10 line.

Lots of people criticize monken but i actually like his play calling.. shit i thought niners defense would hold us to like 20 points. Every game looks different from monken. Then, our fking oline played like shit last game but held up really good this game.
Credit monken for sure , but I don’t think any of us thought our O line would hold up like that. Especially after the shit show in Jacksonville with our tackles getting abused

That was certainly a statement.

What I liked most came on OFF with some of the shorter passes going opposite the movement of the 49er's coverages. The pass to Gus in the flat for that long gain is an example. I don't think we've pulled that stuff enough, but that's the kind of stuff I love seeing because if a team is gonna have to cover Gus or whoever comes out of the backfield that's a guy off of receivers that are actually doing very well already.

The 49ers have a pretty stout run defense when they're actually healthy.

Running quarterbacks have been a consistent thorn in their side, but they can stop the run as well as anyone when they're healthy. The issue for them prior was missing Hargreaves and Armstead.

If the Ravens see them in the Super Bowl, I don't expect much difference from the running game if those two (Armstead and Hargraves) play.

Great win, really impressive the way the defense stood firm, minimized the damage when we were faltering early on. And once the injuries mounted on the Niners O line it was like blood in the water, the kind of dominating play that wins championships.

Lamar continues to mature mentally and it shows in his play and decision making. I thought his 30 yard scramble/run was key and demoralized the Niners going into half time. It seems Harbs has the whole team focused on the big prize and a methodical path to get there.
