You know he'd be labeled the weak link of the defense and be heavily targeted by Mahomes if he was to play. Nah. Keep him off the field for this game and give him a few weeks to ramp back up.

Lamar will have to play a near perfect game to win on Sunday...but that's kinda the norm for all QBs in the playoffs going against the caliber of guys like Mahomes. Mahomes is getting more, because he should get more right now. He's achieved more than Lamar has, and the Chiefs are playing by far their best football of the year in the postseason. This team was left for dead like a month ago, and they've beaten Miami and Buffalo in back to back weeks.
