You don’t cut Lamar Jackson that’s obviously tongue in cheek but he has to play better. Mahomes did and it’s clear for us the Chiefs are our boogeyman.
The Joe Flacco special. If Lamar doesn’t under throw that ball by about 4 yards the flag might get thrown

Not that I've seen. I just expected it. And I'm sure it's coming at some point.Has there honestly been "cut Lamar" talk. I have been pretty harsh on how he played but that is because when you are a 2x MVP the standard is higher than it is for say Brock Purdy. You have to be the difference maker when that is what you are and he did not have a good game by any standard. However I cannot imagine any serious talk about cutting him because of one bad game when he has been solid to great all year in every other game.
he probably still would have made the first down or been close enough. If he stayed on his feet he may have been able to power himself into the endzone as well.much like the zay dive... it was a play that didnt have to be made - was not an all or nothing down or situation
Can say the same for the BillsYou don’t cut Lamar Jackson that’s obviously tongue in cheek but he has to play better. Mahomes did and it’s clear for us the Chiefs are our boogeyman.
Yeah true but I think John Harbaugh has a hard time against Andy Reid. What’s his win loss record? I am not a fan of W/L but I think for HC it’s very applicable.who are they not the boogeymen for?
bills feeling the same way last week
I think the H2H doesn't matter so much because a) its still a relatively small sample size (i.e. these two teams don't play each other twice a year) and b) you get different roster constructions throughout.Yeah true but I think John Harbaugh has a hard time against Andy Reid. On offense we seemed to move away from our strengths and as a team they let Kelce get under their skin before the game even started. I know it's the pro's and these are grown men but Harbaugh should have called them together and told them to calm down and get focused because they were playing into the Chief's hands.I think the H2H doesn't matter so much because a) its still a relatively small sample size (i.e. these two teams don't play each other twice a year) and b) you get different roster constructions throughout.
I honestly didn't think Andy Reid was particularly good yesterday either. I think their offense was good for about a quarter to a quarter and a half, but I saw nothing special from Reid in the second half or even in the later part of the first half. They basically just took check downs all game, and couldn't beat man coverage in the second half.
I think MM and Spagnuolo both had great days, and I think Reid and Monken didn't. And it came down to which QB/team made the bigger mistakes. And we did.
Definitely would've been a call if the defenders were Ravens.Well there's the issue- the two primary defenders on Likely were absolutely not playing the ball, so it doesn't fit that criteria.
I’d like someone to do some analysis and see what we do against Reid teams. I may go and check if I ever have some time, I just feel like we play like this against his teams a lot whether they were Philly or KC.I think the H2H doesn't matter so much because a) its still a relatively small sample size (i.e. these two teams don't play each other twice a year) and b) you get different roster constructions throughout.

I know there was some seriousness here in your sarcasm, eluding to how hard it is to have everything come together as it did, including a fully healthy roster. We really let a golden opportunity slip away that may not come again.Nah we need 2 injury marred seasons in between
There were discussions about it in pre-game. It basically was Mahomes vs Lamar mostly, but I think they're now like 4-1 against us in the Lamar/Mahomes era.I’d like someone to do some analysis and see what we do against Reid teams. It's spags one of the best coordinators in nfl history, but also funny how gro was actually effective against spags defenses, just a bad matchup which is why I preferred the billsYou don’t cut Lamar Jackson that’s obviously tongue in cheek but he has to play better. As for officiating, there were at least 3 potential DPI. I can actually understand people saying swallow the flag on the interception. That one wasn’t even the one that pissed me off. Likely and Beckham both had DPI but neither was called. Both I thought were pretty blatant too.
