Im not worried about all the interviews.. im sure ravens know who their top candidates are.. i think flores interview will matter most because maybe they wanna see if this “ dictator “thing is true..

I do think whoever we bring will need to have some of the Harbaugh aspect to him. In that interview Steve had this year with John, Steve was very clear that he wants the coach to be the face of the franchise. The presence of the coach and how they deal with the media is certainly going to be critical. I actually think Weaver has a chance from that perspective because he sounds very polished.

I’m also surprised Stefanski isn’t listed yet

Man I think stefanski might be a great coach who coached for the worst FO in the league. He can’t help that they got rid of baker for Watson and nuked their franchise. Wasn’t he a 2 time coach of the year?

He’s a tough one to evaluate for me. Seems like a good XO coach but even when they were winning (which sounds wild for the Browns) there was quite a bit of drama in that locker room. Is that on the FO for putting a bunch of weird personalities together, or could he just not handle them?

Miami firing McDaniels seemed inevitable. I’m definitely wondering if Harbaugh goes there. The issue with them is they kind of traded some pieces last year so not sure how that impacts how attractive it is for Harbaugh.

I don't know if he'd be the best HC, but I do feel like this team needs his type of personality that appears somewhat abrasive. Seems like a straightshooter and will hold guys accountable.
