The schedule is tough, but at least there shouldn't be any questions now on how good or bad this team is (remember seeing a bunch of posts whining about playing teams with back-up QBs last season). If we can go into November with a decent record after all those road games then I think we'll have a good shot at making it back to the playoffs.

Yes! This schedule would give me confidence going into the plays IF we were to make it. As of now though i see a 6-10 record

That's a fair prediction. If we can address O-line and add another playmaker or two in the draft then I think we could go the opposite (10-6). On paper, our WR corps already looks a lot better than last year. My biggest concern right now is the O-line since we've done absolutely nothing so far to address the loss of Jensen and we still don't have a RT (I don't know if I would trust Hurst or Lewis there).

I feel like thats always our problem. We usually have way too many concerns and unproven players going into the season.

Well I predict one of those then will be against us! They are pretty stacked or will be after this draft especially if they pick up Barkley at 4.

I don't get how you all don't see the irony of hyping our team for mediocre moves while tempering expectations for the Browns while they have made great FA moves and have Commando level arsenal of draft picks.

Typically I'd agree, but I think with Dorsey they're in a different place and have the draft capital to make some waves. Tyrod is average and as their QB would likely win 3-4 games as a floor w the current roster and all world Josh Gordon (I'm a fan boy).

They don't make the playoffs but they won't be picking number one next year, I'm very confident in that.

I don’t think they’ve made great fa/trade moves - and they’ve essentially had to pay a browns tax to get guys to go there

Their moves have been fine but not great and I’m still not sure I like what dorsey’s doing there yet

The Ravens were on the brink of the playoffs, the Browns were on the brink of being demoted to the CFL.

Unless the Browns take Rosen and Barkley they’re not gonna do shit in the immediate future playoff wise. Even with good FA moves that team has some holes

Depending on how good their new qb is right away, my money would be on the Jets getting the top pick.

The Bengals game is at home though come onnnn. Yea were gross to watch but even the Jets got a Monday night game. I was almost sure we'd play an NFC south team in primetime at the bank.

I think if Luck isn't playing, the Colts roster is equally as bad, same with the Jets. When they pick whichever QB along with (more importantly) Barkley they'll be in a decent spot to get a handful of wins at least
