Decker seems like a solid option in my eyes. Although there may be more options that become available. Not sure who though
I'd be hard pressed to see two options as good as Decker or Maclin come available.

I'm thinking Maclin to Bills is a done deal and we won't even look at Decker if he gets cut. The most likely candidate of all recently released players, unless he retires, is David Harris. Too bad he can't run routes.

I wouldnt be surprised if Amendola was out in NE.
As it stands, Maclin makes a lot of sense for the Bills due to the WR coach, Shady, McDermott, money, and need.

The Jets, being themselves, announced to sign or trade him. Which means that they have 0 leverage anymore as most teams that WOULD trade for them know that they're gonna release him anyway. So in other words, the Jets are MORONS(as per normal).

They have zero leverage to trade him. He was on IR and would have a cap hit of like $7.5M. Unless it's a team like SF or Cleveland, he's not getting traded.

Furthermore, even if they did have leverage, they pissed it away by announcing that he would be released if they got no offers.
What incentive do teams have now to trade for him(hint: none).

I agree. His size matches perfectly with Flacco's arm. Big catching radius and a tough SOB. I'd be just as happy with Maclin though.
