If they are favorable for this BS red flag by Carroll then I can say with certainty this game is rigged period. It has never been given this entire year so unless it's rigged it will be overruled.

Kind of disappointed in this year's "Trial Year" P.I. Challenge system has been so broken. Just seems like it is always down to the initial call, and at that point the refs refuse to admit they made a mistake and claim there is never enough evidence to overturn the call
Don't think a single PI challenge has been overturned this year, and there have been a lot of them.

The same is happening in the Premier League with VAR. It's basically been brought in to back up whatever call the ref makes on the field regardless of whether it's right or wrong.
