Next Up: @ Rams

they always refer to him as a pro-bowl type corner and yet still cant read or understand his name - its not tricky - its lazy
It's disrespectful and totally unprofessional. It's a national TV coverage ffs.
It pisses me off. Pissed me off when commentators said “joe flocko” “tarryl Suggs” “breshard perriman” and all of that, your job is to talk about the football players in front of you for one game per week, learn their names you weak piece of shits

most of the time they've got the gamebooks with the numbers and names right there
it's like they get so proud of themselves for knowing how to pronounce patrick onwuasor that they don't bother with anyone else

Well, as I recall, the Ravens normally don't play too well going out West however, they did versus the Seahawks in Seattle. Regardless of how the Rams have looked over the past few weeks, I believe that they'll present a challenge. Because the Ravens are so hot right now and receiving NATIONWIDE love and publicity from the media, analysts and bandwagon fans-EVERY TEAM will want to play them extremely hard because they want to be "THE TEAM" that stopped, slowed down, harrassed or "exposed" (the opposition's term) Lamar, the offense and the Ravens defense. Then, on top of that; the Ravens have a short turnaround to come back east to prepare for the 49ers.

I'm not worried about what was or if they used to play bad flying out west, because that was this and this is now and this is a completely different team with a different leader. The only thing I'm worried about and you have stated it, is the short week prior to the Niners game. That's a big game against a formidable opponent.

I agree, it is going to be the toughest game of the year. Their defense is really good. I do think it will be an advantage for us that we are home and play a West coast team at 1pm.

yes, that's a huge advantage. I didn't want it flexed for that reason alone.

Well, all of that; "that was then and this is now" stuff sounds real nice but until the Ravens prove otherwise it becomes just wishful thinking in my book. I'm not wired that way. Not being negative whatsoever. I know our boys are ballin and looking good while doing it and I love it! That is why I mentioned that the Ravens overcame their "west coast" flaws by beating the Seahawks in Seattle (out west). So, I know we're a different team.

GO RAVENS!
