Cross the Dolphins off the Kaepernick watch list. It looks like the Dolphins are attempting to pull Jay Cutler out of the FOX Sports booth even before his first telecast. Ian Rapoport says the Dolphins have had discussions with Cutler and reuniting him with Adam Gase whom Cutler told that he would come out of retirement and play for Miami.

i genuinely think he might be better for the dolphins with gase than tannehill was... especially when he doesnt have the pressure of being the "long-term solution"

Sucks that 2 years in a row we have seen young quarterbacks suffer knee injuries. Last year it was Teddy Bridgewater, this year Tannehill suffers a knee injury.

Fun Fact: The Jets showed the most interest in Cutler back in March but Cutler opted to retire instead of playing for the Jets. Now the Jets have to face him twice this season.

I just don't understand why these players do this. The first time I can see it being a dumb error. The second time is careless stupidity. These players should be checking everything they put in their system

Apparently, the choices to replace Tannehill all involved former Broncos quarterbacks familar with Adam Gase. While Colin Kaepernick was considered, former Broncos quarterbacks Kyle Orton and get ready for this.... Tim Tebow was also considered.

The NFL's attempt at killing the golden goose just got easier. The NFL has hired former 49ers GM Trent Baalke as a Football Operations Consultant working on game related matters, player development and evaluation and officiating review.

Way to go NFL, you just hired the man who killed a franchise into your office. NFL continues to make stupid decisions proving the people in charge need to be wiped out and replaced with smarter business people.
