Signings, Cuts, Trades

Literally have not seen one credible person call that a good deal. Going to have wide sweeping ramifications on the FA market in the next couple of years.

seen a bunch of guys discussing it as a great schematic fit with kubiak's offence and with a rookie QB coming in and the raiders need to spend like crazy just to hit the cap floor (let alone the ceiling)

but in terms of value, not seeing anyone saying this is a "good deal"

but the raiders are poor enough in talent and rich enough in cap space that they don't really care about good deals right now

I get what Jeff is saying here but all of them got overpaid and we were never going to match. Getting Crosby lessens the blow of losing Jones, re-signing Andrews was a guarantee Likely was gone. Once we knew Linderbaum wanted to shatter the Center market, he was gone. Stout being the highest paid Punter? Not worth it.

I don't think them leaving is the point Jeff is making here

Ravens greenlit the Bullock hype lol

i do like him
just don't think you can go into the offseason with him as your de facto starter - feels like he can go in as the vet and earn the right to keep the job but you need some competition (maybe a cheap vet and a draft pick) just to push him and not end up in a vorhees by default situation like the last couple of years

I like him too. More just pointing out that Mink comes running with the positivity which always has to be greenlit by his bosses before he comes out of the shadows.

He is just a stooge puppet. Every team has those. He is the EDC "Yes" man.

Also one thing to remember: no FA deal is truly finalized so they could all change before the league begins, as we personally saw happen to us on more than one occasion.

it's like the mid-season all-22 clips he was putting on the timeline last year

i have no reason to believe that this dude watches film or knows what he's watching when he makes those clips lol
