The whole “then who’s gonna wear the green dot?” argument is always the first point made when it comes to Chuck Clark. That just means he ain’t good. lol

or it just means that he's intelligent, runs the defence well, is a good communicator, and plays closer to the LoS than everyone else

not pretending chuck's a world beater - but people are out here talking about him like he's trash... maybe this is controversial but i think he's easily a better safety than deshon... especially in the box

elliott had value as a tone-setter and as an athlete with some man coverage ability that chuck doesnt have... but elliott was always slow to trigger but had a few moments when he triggered fast from the post in the running game or short passing game that were eye-popping (that everyone remembers)

elliott's not making the play chuck made for his 1 INT last year

he's not irreplaceable... but elliott's not the guy who's replacing him

agree and he had 2 interceptions last and year and both were in the same game and one was a pick 6, against Stafford.

I dnt think he was coming back even if we didnt sign marcus. Defense would never reach its full potential with him on jt imo

He wasn’t the worst, y’all got him for a good value. He actually was a big part of winning a few games with some really key plays and his play should’ve won us the game vs the raiders too, but injuries again and also a few really bad game changing plays and moments

For what y’all signed him for it’s actually a decent looking move
