Iunno if Boykin just a introvert or what.. but he never really show out to things. You never see him in any offszn meetups with Lamar and em. Fool didn’t even show out at the WR group rookie hazing dinner. That’s a free meal right there! Lol.

Him and Lamar never meshed. It was gameover when Lamar tag the entire WR group in a post, but left out Boykin. GG.

on the plus side... boykin's gone
on the minus side... we're gonna have a ton of new faces on special teams this year with the loss of levine, board, averett, boykin all gone

we've still got a load of guys but we've lost some of the longer serving special teamers in the unit all at once

we had enough space anyway to bring in the draft picks
think it was more of a case that we realised we werent gonna get a pick for him (like they'd reportedly been trying to since february) so we just released him instead

it's a move that helps us in august when we have to be under the cap when rule of 51 ends but right now it wasnt urgent

I guess I was more saying this wasn't a move so that we could make another move. Unless a Gordon signing is gonna pop
