To me Pees won't be here next season. Whether we go to the playoffs or not, the defense hasn't been as good as the personnel says it should be.
idk - i think marty's gone for sure but i think pees is only gone if harbs is also gone

Pees is trash. To me Pees won't be here next season. Whether we go to the playoffs or not, the defense hasn't been as good as the personnel says it should be.
And to me, I think he stays if this defense plays decent. From a yardage standpoint, I think we're just out of the top 5 thanks in large part to our secondary playing well *knocks on wood* and if this continues, I don't think Steve B has shown that he's the type of guy to fire someone like that. Now if our defense stinks up the joint and defense isn't the excuse, then I'd believe he'd be gone.To me Pees won't be here next season. I agree with all of these. I feel the TWill one is the worst for the rookies.same with tyus, henry, jefferson etc. they could be put in better situations to succeed and help the defence
That would be a shame and unfortunately true.idk - i think marty's gone for sure but i think pees is only gone if harbs is also gone

Yep. It looks as though he went after the coordinator that wouldn’t get a head coaching offer (Trestman, Mornimhweg) rather than getting someone like a gase or Shanahan that could have been with us for a couple years. That being said, I’m a big Kubiak fan and who would have known the perfect opportunity in coach would have opened up. Damnit really is annoying because i like harbs as our head coach and im not sure i necessarily want a head coaching change but he could hold back this team by being a little risk-averse in terms of his coordinators

I think Pees deserves some credit for how he's put Judon, Pierce, and Smith in places where they have succeeded. I understand these guys aren't superstars by any means but they've certainly contributed and Pierce looks like he's going to be a great DL for us in the future. I think Pees just has to find a way to put Bowser and Williams in places where they can best utilized where they're good at. Bowser was a rookie of the week winner and played well early on, there's no excuse for why he's not seeing the field much, I know he's made some mistakes but you can't get much out of him and Williams nor can you expect to rely on them if you don't get them on the field.
It’s true, that pees has put judon, Pierce and smith in great position to succeed as well as Humphrey. I just don’t understand how he can’t do the same for Bowser TWill Henry and Jefferson.they arent learning anything or improving on the bench... and they have shown they can affect things in a positive way on the field - it doesnt hurt to have them come in situationally to do what they do best
I think that's a dumb idea because you're pretty much settling for less and now you've had continuous mediocrity. 9/10 I would take a guy like Gase for two seasons over a guy like Marty or Trestman for five seasons.Yep. You have the chess pieces. Use them, don’t waste them.
I understand them being on the field in a limited capacity, but not having them there at all is not going to do you any good. Not every player you get in the draft is going to be an All-Pro day one. I feel like the Ravens can get great things out of a rookie, and the moment he messes up, he just seems to vanish from the playbook.they arent learning anything or improving on the bench... and they have shown they can affect things in a positive way on the field - it doesnt hurt to have them come in situationally to do what they do best
Absolutely no question. I think losing Kubiak through Harbaugh off more than we realized at the time. We still are catching our breath trying to catch up.I think that's a dumb idea because you're pretty much settling for less and now you've had continuous mediocrity. 9/10 I would take a guy like Gase for two seasons over a guy like Marty or Trestman for five seasons.
Wow, that is pretty impressive. I pasted it here...https://www.profootballfocus.com/news/pro-32-nfl-observations-week-10
So yeah, this should quiet the hate train.
And yet, like Williams and Bowser, he's barely being used, thanks to the brilliance of Pees and his holy scheme.Wow, that is pretty impressive. I pasted it here...
Baltimore Ravens: While defensive end Chris Wormley hasn’t seen a lot of playing time, his 10.7 pass-rushing productivity is the best for healthy rookie interior defensive linemen this season.
Yep, tell me about it. That red shirt year is so frustrating. And yet, like Williams and Bowser, he's barely being used, thanks to the brilliance of Pees and his holy scheme.
