Hadn’t seen that update yet.No. They are trying to trade him first.
Yeah I would too. Highly doubt we even contacted the Browns though honestly.Hadn’t seen that update yet.
I’d give a 7th for him lol
I'd tend to agree, though if a talent like Gordon were to come here, I'd jump for motherfucking joy.I'm not pressed for Gordon. I think our receivers are good enough, I'm personally more concerned with the OL and the run game. Offense should been fine once that works out.
I don't know man, I'm not so sure because 1) I don't think he's as good as we think he is at the moment, 2) it's going to take some time for him to be acclimated to the scheme/playbook/Joe/Offense so you can't expect a contribution right away, and 3), he's carrying too much baggage with him. It's hard to trust and I don't expect a move like this to pay off this year.I'd tend to agree, though if a talent like Gordon were to come here, I'd jump for motherfucking joy.
I personally think if we are going to make a move, it'd be to sign Jonathan Cooper to play LG. He was solid, but unspectacular in the power scheme last year and could be a decent starter, which is more than I can say for any LG we've had since KO. If we are so inclined to start Skura at C, at least make him the only liability in the lineup.
If that happens and we start Brown instead, the running game probably picks up again.
NFL insiders @RapSheet and @AdamSchefter report that the @Browns have traded Josh Gordon (@JOSH_GORDONXII) to the @Patriots for a 2019 fifth-round pick.Pats traded for Gordon.
Of course they did. OF COURSE
In division, can guarantee the nope. In division trades basically only happen on draft day.NFL insiders @RapSheet and @AdamSchefter report that the @Browns have traded Josh Gordon (@JOSH_GORDONXII) to the @Patriots for a 2019 fifth-round pick.
Wonder would Browns let him go to Baltimore for a 4th?
Unless you are the redskins and give a 2nd and a high one at that for McNabb. IdiotsIn division, can guarantee the nope. In division trades basically only happen on draft day.
Unless you are the redskins and give a 2nd and a high one at that for McNabb. Ah. The stupidity of Snyder overtakes everything
Typically a stress fracture is a 6-8 week recovery time. 3-4 weeks was seriously a hopeful scenario, even Zreibec wasn't buying it.I hereby deem Hayden Hurst as “Breshad” Hurst.
Those situations aren’t similar. I like the fact that we aren’t rushing to bring him back. But I’m doing it before anyone else does so I can claim sole ownership.
Which could mean he will be back to practice next week or the following weekTypically a stress fracture is a 6-8 week recovery time. 3-4 weeks was seriously a hopeful scenario, even Zreibec wasn't buying it.
Stuff like this typically happens with our first round picks for some reason.
It doesn't bold well for him to return next week either. He was immediately ruled out for this week so I would probably say they won't suit up for the following week either. It's either that or maybe they're just going to play it safe since Boyle/Williams/Andrews have exceeded expectations.Which could mean he will be back to practice next week or the following week
Pittsburgh is fine on that end - they put 5 DBs in zone coverage on TE, then WR scores! It doesn't bold well for him to return next week either. FWIW, Maxx Williams caught all three of his targets so he could see an increased work load. Denver also isn't good at defending TE's and neither is Pittsburgh so we should still be able to take advantage of the match up there.
