The Random Thought Thread

He was born in 2000 or really close to it.. all they show is lebron on social media literally.i was sent a vid yesterday that said “ who has the best signature move in history” and they legit only showed bron and that ugly ass bounce step back lol..he is all they talk about even when the suck, he the only guy that gets made excuses for lol…
If he thinks LeBron James is better than MJ, he isn't really very smart or just a kid. Most kids just don't know MJ and what he was capable of doing on the court and his unreal work ethic and dedication to winning. I'll say it again. The closest thing to him is our own LJ. Laugh, but then feel deeply ashamed when it is borne out to be true.

Feels like some of you have some toxic relationships with women and maybe need to interrogate that lol...
Yea that was pretty rude of me actually lol. Was moving yesterday and grumpy

And two networks doing the same game last night. Wonder how that happened?

Well with one being a conservative channel and the other being a liberal channel I guess they dooking it out saying "This is my gold mine".

Should I apply the Sean Connery approach then? Keep your hands to yourself and speak to people how you'd like to be spoken to. Think it's a simple matter of respect. I'm not saying I'm yelling in every woman's face for no reason now.

On the usfl no idea there was even a draft.

Got to say, the way they review the spot of the ball is making the USFL so fun to watch. Crazy how the NFL continues to live in the 20th century with chains and old dude eyes trying to figure out if it's a 1st or not.

We need more hurry up offense early in games

Fucking agree and I want run plays out of the hurry up as well, we can mix that up more than any team maybe in league history
Just something......ANYTHING to get Lamar in rhythm early. And here's the thing, the hurry up offense doesn't even need to be done on every possession. Just in spurts to keep the defense on their heels. Brady and the Patriots mastered this concept week in and week out. Shit made me envious.

Hurry up Lamar like second half Lamar vs the Colts is absolutely beautiful and an amazing thing to watch

Went down the YouTube rabbit hole and started watching ravens games from this year. Hate how it ended but damn it was exciting. Lamar looked so much better when the OL gave him time to actually finish his damn drop back. I was against using the 1st on OL but the hell with that if the talents there. Would will prefer some kind of rusher or cb but won't knock a lineman.

The trick with tempo like that is to be able to use it mid-drive when the defence are on their heels or want to make substitutions or you like the formation you’re in vs the defence

Be able to speed up and slow down

What I didn’t like with the use of hurry up was when we came out of the gate with it last year with Huntley and just did it to do something different - if we’re speeding up let’s do it because we’ve got personnel we like or a situation we like

But we did use hurry up to start games with Huntley down the stretch and it’s why we saw tylan Wallace start getting more snaps to open games as the WR3 in 11 personnel

Textbook awful coaching - so many things wrong here

1) trying to be a hardass for no reason
2) making decisions over an incident without investigating and getting both sides
3) when faced with additional context, ignoring it because you’ve made your decision

But on a fundamental level you’ve shown the player no respect and thus have shown you’re untrustworthy and not worthy of respect yourself

He may have just ruined this kid’s attempt at a career but this clip will haunt him as a coach wherever he tries to go next
