Well ultimately, in the massively subjective world of "lets evaluate QBs" (a losing effort 100% of the time), it comes down to what do you "value" in your evaluation.
For example, if you're evaluating purely off of 2021...
Cousins had a higher completion %, significantly more passing yards/game, double the TD passes, half the turnovers, a higher passer rating, a higher yards/attempt and a higher QBR (though only slightly).
Is that meaningful? I don't particularly think so, but you can see what that argument is really, really, really easy to make in the abstract.

You could also argue that Cousins has favorable durability over Lamar (Cousins having not missed a game he intended to play 7 years). Normally you could point to one having significant postseason success over the other, but neither has really done anything in the playoffs, so its sort of moot.

Don't disagree. I don't really think fans should really be evaluating QBs at all, because I've yet to really see anybody come up with anything even vaguely close to objectively comparing one to another. Mostly because its impossible to do.
But at the same time, we pretty much know W/L record isn't a good metric to be evaluating on, and you can pretty much poke holes in literally any and all stats that are put on paper. So there's really not much left.

yes, I agree. I especially don't like when fans, media or analysts compare QBs from different generations. Actually this really does apply to all positions.

Their fans have been ridiculously obnoxious since the team got Kirk. One my best friends is a Vikings fan too but he hates Kirk lol

Kirk has had one of the most gifted sets of receivers and rbs anybody could ask for in his tenure as a Viking.

Only Vikings fan that I know is not a fan of Kirk. Told me he was good but could not get it done considering all the weapons he has.

Honestly, I just refer to them as the other purple team. Them signing Pierce a few years back, them signing Smith just irrationally irks me.
