The Random Thought Thread

There were a bunch of people that wanted Stanley, it was pretty much a no brainer given the sorry, sad state of the O line.

The last full game, the Divisional chokejob at the Steelers, was really my first full game (watched at a birthday party in a bowling alley). Didn't really get into the NFL until that night. I don't know why, but I never rooted that hard for a team that I wasn't a fan of (initially speaking of course). Obviously, the rest is history.
That's actually really funny - I could say the same thing about that '10 playoff game except it was after my 4th grade basketball game so I only saw half lol. I had never cared about sports but I really wanted the Ravens to win, and I think my hate for PItt sparked it all

Favorite regular season play was that hit on Chad Johnson by Ray Lewis. Wow! My favorite post season play (and all time favorite) was The Mile High Miracle!
The bomb to Jacoby was surreal. Joe stepping up, scrambling out of trouble and launching that 60 yard missle. Definitely one of the best moments in the history of the team.

Y’all think if that picture of Tunsil never came out, we would’ve taken him over Stanley at that spot?

I've said it numerous times over the years, but the Mile High Miracle holds a special spot in my heart for happening on my BIRTHDAY in one of the most intense back-and-forth games that I've ever watched.

Not sure what my favorite regular season play over the years would be (I've seen some great ones mentioned already), but I'll throw the McGahee and McClain TD runs to send out the old Cowboys stadium in the mix since I haven't seen anyone post that yet lol

I am going to visit Baltimore for the first time next week for some training.

Is there any place I should check out?

Side note, really wished this was during the season so I can catch a home game smh

make sure you have some crab cakes. Although they are much more expensive now, they are really worth it, especially since you aren't from the area. My favorite is G&M, in Linthicum, MD. If you would rather stay in downtown Baltimore, some of the locals will be able to give you a place. I live in the Washington, DC area.

If you want seafood, for the love of god, please don't go to Jimmy's. Pappas, G&M, Coco's, By the Docks are all significantly better and aren't too far from the city.

Where are you staying? Will you have a car?

I am not sure where I am staying yet.

Yes I will have a vehicle. I wanted to visit the stadium. It's going to be the first time I see it in person.

Will cry
