And this is what surprises me about a lot of the fans. We have been through VERY shitty QB play, 1 tail end QB run, and like 2 months total of great Flacco football for us to be like this.
I think 2019 and Lamar spoiled the lot of us
I think 2019 and Lamar spoiled the lot of us
Exactly. 2019 and Lamar spoiled us old fans and brought a lot of new fans that aren’t used to the true brand of Raven football. Strong defense, strong run game and shitty QB play lol
I have wanted this to change for such a long time. This shit is so old school and believe me when I tell you that I love it.
I don't want shitty QB play anymore man lmfao
I WANT A MF WR THAT IS A MONSTER
Quarterback is not the problem.I agree. I do believe EDC has tried by taking WRs with his first pick twice and rumors suggest attempted to again.
It’s heartbreaking to say but I can see the FO trusting their scouting department and restarting the clock at QB.
Quarterback is not the problem.
We've put a lot toward the position but a lot hasn't panned out as this alludes to. The bigger issue in my mind is that our top WRs post Hollywood trade were Bateman, Duvernay, and Proche. I think that's where the failure lies. There was no active approach to get better at the position after moving on from a pretty good option at the position.Just came across this and I think it should kill the narrative that the Ravens failed to TRY to put weapons around LJ. Apparently According to this study we have put the most capital towards WRs in the league in the last 5 years. I haven’t understood this narrative as it’s obvious that we have been trying to hit on WRs it just hasn’t panned out

Absolutely. Our entire passing game philosophy, from player selection to play calling. What is the problem? System?

from that article is all we need to know about the quality of it.
Ferguson and Boykin back to back made me sickYeah, Boykin in hindsight was not worth a 3rd round pick and I’m sure to some he wasn’t worth it at the time.

Agreed. Hollywood and Bateman were a good duo. Just sucks that we made no real concerted effort once Hollywood was traded. Not saying they needed to go out and draft a WR in the 1st for the sake of it like the Titans did with Burks, but also don't like how passive we were.I agree in the sense that they should have replaced Brown. I wasn’t a fan of going into the season so thin in the WR room but my point was that they have attempted to put pieces around LJ. If Hollywood doesn’t force his way out we have a decent WR room imo
just an observation. carry on.Mind ya business
But yes
Just fooling with ya lol but yeah that’s exactly what happened. My son was watching Tarzan and that mf was grinding a tree branch with his feet like a skateboard grinds a rail for like a mile. I was astounded by this cartoonjust an observation. carry on.
