Frfr. They been wanted him and knew though so it just made things that much easier*seconds*
I don’t want the guy to go to prison. However, it wouldn’t be okay with me if this happened to the Ravens instead of the Raiders. It is not like we couldn’t be in the middle of something like this, I remember us agreeing to a deal with Terrell Owens and he acted like an ass and backed out on us. When the Raiders signed AB there were some members saying they got a steal only giving up a 3rd and 5th for a player of his caliber. I know owners and organizations can be just as guilty as players doing shady things, but two wrongs don’t make a right and this is the kind of thing that really turns me off. IDK, maybe I am just too old for all this kind of nonsense. When I start feeling like the fix is in, which I am kind of feeling here, it taints the way I feel about the NFL.
Naw i dnt think NE should give up anything. Its not their fault Raiders screwed up. Nfl could maybe give them some picks but i dont believe Ne should. He got cut and was a FA then decided to sign with pats. Raiders are the ones to blame and no one else imoYeah it’s all about money and ego here. I don’t blame NE necessarily and I doubt they did anything outside the rules. AB wanted to play in NE all along and I believe there were some conversation between agent and FO before he was released, based on his actions. Is that outside of the rules though? What sucks is that Oakland is left with 2 less draft picks and a huge hole in their plans. The league should have some kind of compensation guidelines for cases like this, because you are right the ravens or any other team could be in this very situation. NE should be forced to give up compensatory picks to relieve some pain here for Oakland.
this most likely was pure tampering. Total set up. Antonio Brown acted like a ..... to get released and got rewarded for doing so. Tampering or not, he shouldn't be rewarded for this. I understand players that have the amount of years in the system as Brown do don't need to go through the waiver wire, but if he had to go through waivers, this may have stopped him from being able to choose his team.Naw i dnt think NE should give up anything. I wish I could laugh this off, I really do. Two days ago, I was actually thinking that AB was just losing it and was genuinely concerned for the guy. Believe it or not, I actually felt a little sorry the Raiders had to deal with it all and I was relieved that it was not the Ravens. At no time did I laugh, about any of it. Now, I am convinced AB played everyone that was concerned, like I was, about his mental health. I feel like the Raiders were screwed hard, and I would be pissed if we were them. How would you feel if we lost a 3rd and 5th round pick and were forced to go through all that drama this preseason? IMHO, if you care about the integrity of the game, you have no choice but to hope a thorough investigation is conducted.
You know the NFL will slap the Patriots on the wrist and nothing will happen. I can't wait till Brady retires and they drop to last place in the league soon lol.

and they wouldn't have had to give up a 3rd and a 5th.How did the raiders screw up? They had no choice but to let him go. If you’re suggesting that players should have final say on who they get traded to that would be better then this bs. At least that way the raiders would have known he wouldn’t come there. And if they did know then I agree, it’s all on them. I am saying the league should address this somehow because it does degrade the integrity of the league.
Thanks brother, I will try. Hopefully the Ravens get after it today and all will be right with the world this afternoon.Let it go man, the Pats got better, AB played everybody and got the last laugh. That doesnt mean the seasons over, anyone can beat anyone.
Also I don't care about any other teams, last I checked Gruden and Mayock are still rich they can wipe their tears with benjamins.
and they wouldn't have had to give up a 3rd and a 5th.
That being said, I think players that have been fined and suspended should have to go through waivers, no matter how long they have been in the league.

Guarantee patsies wanted AB in March but the Steelers wouldn’t deal him to them. There’s little doubt that this was planned since he landed with the Raiders.
Hmm? I wonder who? Time to go shopping, DeCosta lol

I wouldn't mind Minkah Fitzpatrick. He is a weapon that can play all over the secondary.Because if there is one thing I want its players who just showed they aren't in the same league as ours. Right now I have to imagine Dolphins players are at their lowest value possible.
We may need secondary help with the Jimmy Smith injuryI wouldn't mind Minkah Fitzpatrick. He is a weapon that can play all over the secondary.
