Bruce Irvin was cut. Wouldn't mind picking him up.
We would be dumb as shit not to. Bowser is looking like an obvious bust and judon was a one hit wonder and Suggs will be gone almost for certain next year.

But we won’t, we will sign some stop gap journeyman who can’t do anything but defend the run at an average level and hand him the starting job, Tim Williams will lose snaps to him, bowser will fade away, we will have another Grand Canyon sized hole on our roster

I haven’t watched Irvin but wasn’t the Raiders lack of pass rush a major problem? Wouldn’t that mean he’s not playing well?

Seen rumblings that he kinda gave up, and I don’t blame anyone on that team for giving up, especially the older ones who stick through the bad and saw the come up to the playoff year, I’d be sick if I was a guy like Irvin, Mack, KO, Hudson, etc. to see everything that was built just be torn down by one egomaniac

That boy is a missile, he can fucking fly when he sees some daylight. I think jamaal Charles when I watch him.
Same shit i said when i saw him lmao. He runs up the middle alot too and isnt afraid of contact. i couldnt find any rankings on him though.. he gotta be a top 5 rb coming out!

I remember gruden came to the bucs, won with tony dungy team then let go every player that following season lol. i have faith in gruden now though tbh.. he been outta of football for a while. During that time i feel like he was able to analysis better. I mean he got 10yrs to make something happen lol

Definitely not afraid of contact, although I don’t see a lot of patience in his game from what I’ve seen of him and he’s very quick to bounce em outside. He makes it work but idk if he can make that work in the pros, he’s gotta be more patient

One thing I really like about Lamar is that I saw in an interview with him that he brought up his pass to Snead before he could even be asked about it. He said it's keeping him up and that there is no excuse for it, it was just a bull crap throw. The fact that he came in later and had only completions and a beautiful touchdown throw, imo means he's not phased by mistakes. I do think however, and completely unsurprisingly, he needs more practice throwing the ball against number 1s in the NFL. That's obvious, but my point is he needs more of that practice this year! I am not saying bench Joe. By no means. But whereas I said I think Lamar is a year away from being a year away, I think I might be wrong about that. With a whole other off-season and preseason in addition to real meaningful regular season time this year, I think this could be the kids team starting week 1. I do believe however, if Lamar is going to be super successful, it's not under Harbaugh and Marty. Move on from them, trade Joe, take a Todd Gurley type in the first, give Lamar the ropes and you may see a world of difference. Maybe growing pains, but not the same story every year

What I like about Lamar is he wants to be great and he seems to put in work. I think that’s what did Joe Flacco in because he stopped growing. If you love what you do then you continue to develop regardless. If anyone has served in the military then maybe you’ll understand this but Joe Flacco is your traditional National Guard guy. He comes in and does his one weekend a month and two weeks in the summer, but don’t ask him to do anything between his drills. He won’t do it and I think that’s the difference in greatness. Flacco lost his drive to be great and has become stale and stagnant much like our team.
