You definitely want a good coaching staff but I feel this criticism of Harbaugh is a bit overblown. He’s had some very good coaches here who have left to get their own promotions. Coaches on offense have been an issue but definitely not defense. Even then I wonder how many of those coaches were bad or whether the talent on offense was bad. People used to say we had a good RB coach and other coaches. Funny how losing can change perceptions

It’s the offense that has had problems, major problems

Hiring Trestman and then keeping Marty have been some big mistakes. Creativity is what this offense needs. Thank god they hired Urban

Marty and Trestman have been bad and very predictable I definitely agree. Cam was eh—good early but didn’t know how to loosen up and it cost him. Predictable play calling has been an issue and I’m wondering if that’s more John than these guys but we definitely need improvement there. I don’t think we’ve been bad at positional coaches just coordinating. I’d love to bring back Kubiak if John stays but I feel that’s optimism.
 
I hate our 11 sack game so much as I bet the coaches use it as an excuse to not play other rushers

So we blitz more than almost every team in the league which means we should have a ton of sacks right?

Take out the Tennessee game and we are tied for 28th

Wasn't Kubiak supposed to get back into the game this season? Not gonna get my hopes up with him. I feel like Elway is just going to beg him to be OC in Denver.
