He's not the fucking winning head coach 3 years running, most likely 4. Coaches do not get that much leeway anywhere.
Everyone thought this was a tough schedule too. You never know until the season actually plays outI think 2019 will be harder for us.. browns on the come up, bengals getting a new Qb, jags getting a new qb , HOU looking good... its gonna be real tough but at the same time none of that matters if lamar can develop like how has been doing.
Oh lol.. i dont watch so i didnt know lol.. my badLOL. Precisely, @Deebo813 . I was just clowning Stephen A.
I just want to make the playoffs just to experience what it's like to be in the playoffs again. Of course, your reasoning is another reason for it as well. I wouldn't even care if we lost a close or get blown out.The sole reason I want us to make the playoffs is because I want lamar to feel that, and experience it, and if he can get a win, he puts the league on notice and everyone gets to see him rather than read his statline, and know that some of the shit they’ve been talking about him was off base.
If we don’t make it, ehh, not a huge deal, and probably for the best, Harbaugh will get fired, Marty too, better draft pick, likely easier schedule next year for 2 games.
We aren’t about to see a super bowl this year, or next. We got some building, and developing to do. Picking at 16 next year puts some really good players in our reach that could truly be the difference for us, or it gives us a better path to trade back to address the holes were gonna have when players inevitably retire.
I'm not upset. It guarantees that Harbaugh is fired which is all that I care about. I don't want to watch as our future is massacred by Clowney, Watt, Mercilus, or TJ Watt, or Bosa, or Ingram, or Chris Jones.
Fire Harbaugh, fix this fucking offensive line, and actually hire a coach that is competent and utilize personnel. I don't care if he's an offensive or defensive mind.
We're losing the home crowd advantage to some extent. However, I think the rain had to do something with it.So I just want to say from observation that I’m pissed off with the support at m&t all year
It’s been not full, it’s been quiet and today was egregious... booing Lamar’s offence after 1 quarter of bad play in a 1 score game having not booed during any of our losses all year - even the steelers game becoming a 3 game losing streak
You're right. I am local so I can't point fingers but you're right. On Tv, it looked a little like a preseason crowd. I'd say the folks that do go are pretty loud but it is disheartening and I'm not sure how to explain it fully. So I just want to say from observation that I’m pissed off with the support at m&t all year

The more I think about it, the more I think the rain had to do with it. When I went to the Bengals game, I thought the home crowd was pretty good, but even louder on defense ESPECIALLY when they showed Ray on the jumbotron. The place went fucking crazy. Don't even get me started when we retook the lead 24-21.@Dom McRaven ’s point is probably a fair reflection for bucs and a couple of the early games in the schedule for smaller(ish) crowds but it’s been consistently poor
Like it makes me genuinely worried that if we win the north that we won’t actually represent our fan base well and actually create a home field advantage
This year any advantage we’ve had has come from conditions and weather and not crowd noise
Ironically our road support has been pretty great in a few places though

Now @rossihunter2 is correct with our road support. It's larger in the southeast area compared to if we went up against either Ohio team or the Colts. I can hardly see any purple against these teams. We got Florida on lock and apparently Atlanta too. Even though it wasn't loud, there were a lot of purple against the Titans. I saw a good contingent of purple against the Chiefs. LA's home crowd is wack. Did you guys see how pathetic it looked against the Cardinals? We can possibly turn this upcoming game into another home game.
I think we really need to get off to a fast start because it seems that the Bolts tend to start off slow (ex. 49ers,, both Chiefs games, Cardinals, etc.).When they showed ray and played the music that was how loud it used to be so often on 3rd down or scoring plays etc...
That’s the only time it’s been like that all year from my memory and that’s disappointing
I’m glad we’re playing the chargers at the stubhub tbh - they are much worse at home because of the support in that stadium - they basically play 16 road games a year
