That’s an insane recovery time for may - no way he can be fully trusting of it already surely?
It’s been 7 months. Recovery averages around 9 months but I do remember RG3 running in July, just 6 months after his injury, of course he didn’t play a game until September.

Doubt Henry is at full strength.

Like is he gonna be able to cut well? Or twist/brace when he gets hit?

Every time our D gets burned on a big pass play it seems we are playing zone and safeties are nowhere to be found .
Hopefully we play a lot less of it in the playoffs .

I’m tired of seeing a DB looking for safety help in zone and no one is there .
You can’t play man coverage all the time.

It only takes one, but that could just as easily happen in the pocket. It’s just the odds of it happening increase if he is running the ball allot.
And for that matter, many times an acl is a non contact injury, just a cut and the ligament pops.. Your leg doesn’t have to be hit or rolled up on.

Our D has been doing a much better job in the past few games at covering TEs. Even if Henry was at full strength, I wouldn't be too worried.

Absolutely, and that’s why he needs to avoid taking the unnecessary hits. The problem is right now it’s what makes him so good IMO.

It is what makes him so good, but he can make the throws as he has proven. I love how he keeps his eyes downfield when he escapes the pocket and doesn’t immediately think run.

This offseason is going to be extremely important for his growth.

It's always in effect...some how....some way! Lol...

AB was on the sidelines wearing a fur coat instead of on the field. The Steelers won their game but they missed the playoffs due to the BALTIMORE RAVENS beating "Faker" Mayfield and the brownies.
I don't understand how people think this curse is not a real thing. There's just too much irrefutable evidence to think otherwise. You always preach about handling our business, but the Steelers failed to do so against the Broncos, Raiders, and Saints while we were reemerged from the dead.

As for AB, I believe he was out with an injury of some kind (forgot what it was) that didn't allow him to practice all week. Though the outcome didn't change anything, AB's absence due to injury just so happened to be that way because he was on the cover of Madden.

Speaking of Madden, I swear.....no Ravens fan should EVER vote for a Ravens player to make the cover. The way I see it? Voting for a Ravens player to be on the Madden cover means you have no respect for the Ravens and you don't want to see them prosper.

LOL. People still play Madden?? It's been the same game every year, for the past 8 years. Only real difference is the roster update..

We need a new game.

And we should vote Antonio Brown to be on the cover. For the second year in a row

No arguments here, but the Madden Curse is real is all I'm saying.

Under Harbaugh we have never had a 5 game winning streak during the regular season. Well we almost did that under Jackson, if it weren’t for Mahomes miracle play.

I’ll say that this doesn’t feel like the same harbaugh 3 wins and an egg ravens. I think flacco had a lot to do with it, because those ugly games that broke our win streaks almost always featured some hideous play from joe. This team feels energized and focused and less flat than ever.

Ever since KC where mosley struggled, he seems to have changed, the cerebral part of his game has really started to shine with his bumps inside the 5, calling out “levels” of coverage to prevent guys getting picked on crossers, things like that, and with his season saving pick, it shows just how smart the guy is, backing off that blitz and retreating that quickly to play that ball was just a clinic of smart LB play, and I think I’m on board with keeping him now.

But with one caveat... he’s gotta lose some weight. He’s played too heavy and it’s slowed him down and made him more susceptible to lower body injuries, coming out of Alabama he was much lighter and rangier than he’s been in years, I don’t think his long body is meant to carry this 250-260, he needs to get faster and healthier and I think getting down to 240 would turn him into a superstar with no weaknesses, he’s got the ability to play in coverage he just has athletic limitations, but those limitations were nonexistent until he packed on 20lbs in his first 2 years.

Our defense will take a big step back without Mosley, but his presence has hurt us at times because he’s lost so much of the range that he had his rookie year, he needs to get that back.

I think he put that weight on to withstand the grind of a 16 game season. A lot of players do that to extend their careers. Even Ray and Suggs did it

Not everyone responds the same, Suggs became an elite run defender without losing a step, ray was undersized to begin with and had to pack on muscle to play in his era, mosley has lost a step and the extra weight he’s carrying may have actually made him more susceptible since his injuries lately have all been lower body.

Also, didn’t ray have his 2nd DPOY season after shedding a bunch of weight before the 03 season? I could be wrong but I thought I recall him losing like 15 some lbs to get faster and more acclimated to playing in the 3-4 and ended up having maybe his best season ever.
