Marquise now has a thigh/ankle

worried about this guy and it seems he must have had a setback. You go from Ankle to Ankle/Thigh?

what does harbaugh consider a setback? a torn acl?

Damn, we passed on Josh Gordon lol. I would’ve taken a chance. Would be the best WR on the roster.

At least we dodged this bullet

It looks like Joe is going to IR and is done for the year. I wish him well but I think his career is over.

Lets get him into the Ravens Ring of Honor ASAP .

expected to play sunday according to official sources though - not ideal that he's not fully healthy but also apparently nothing major and not enough to keep him off the field on gamedays

i see little point trying to give BB something to think about by playing brown. It's more likely he'll aggravate one of his two injuries. It's also clear he did have a setback yesterday as the thigh was never ever mentioned until today.

So the reality is... you may be saying the same thing about Hurst or Boykin or Snead or anybody else for the next few years. Because unless they find a way to differentiate themselves from the rest of the team who's competing for targets, or unless the Ravens just decide to go more pass-heavy and start letting Lamar throw it 35-40 times a game (I don't see this in the near future), I don't see when these guys are going to get opportunities to earn more targets.

For the most part, those opportunities only present themselves via injuries, or via a killer offseason.

From looking at Greg Roman history as a offensive coordinator with others teams this isn't really that surprising to me but Lamar Jackson is probably the most talented quarterback he has ever worked with. The Ravens bought in David Culley to be their passing game coordinator for a reason so I expected Roman play calling to be a bit different from how it was with The 49ers and Bills to a certain extent. The passing attack in it self is not boring and doesn't lack creativity but I just wish it benefited the other receivers outside of Mark Andrews and Marqise Brown a bit more. That just gives the opposing defense more to worry about and honestly in this game against The Patriots The Ravens passing attack may need to be less than one dimensional.

Easily. Our front office has always been too loyal to guys who work hard but are not NFL quality, I wish we were more cutthroat about the needs of the team like the Patriots are.

So, where does Flacco end up next season? I honestly think he should consider retirement, at this point. He's taken a lot of punishment these past few years and I'm not sure how much he has left.

He should because the fans are punished too being forced to watch him play. He's been awful.
