imo, Harbaugh has the most important quality that most coaches are missing and that is being a great leader of men. It's a big reason players come back to the team to retire as a Raven, even if they didn't spend the majority of time as a Raven. Finding a coach as good as Harbaugh isn't as easy as snapping your fingers and I don't think any of the coaches that were available last season, especially would have worked.

Hell, I think the only good coaches that has come out of the past few seasons have been Sean McVay and Kyle Shanahan. Ironically both are from the Skins organization.

Harbs' loyalty is both his greatest asset and his biggest downfall. Sometimes he puts too much faith into certain coaches and players when he should be moving on. It really seems like the players respect him though and are almost always giving maximum effort out there (this team always competes even when we've been handicapped by injuries at certain times).

I agree, he’s loyal to a fault when it comes to his coaches. He’s a good motivator but I’ve never thought he was a great X’s And O’s HC. But he doesn’t have to be if he surrounds himself with good coordinators.
 
So I dont really like Colin Cowherd and I'm sure not many like him here either but he just did his top 10 teams and guess who's #1 on the list....

Well said and completely true. I think Harbs would be the kind of guy you would like to go and have a beer with.
