I love Lamar, don't get me wrong, but does anyone else feel like the rest of the team does not get enough credit for how well this team has been playing? Look at how great running back play has been, guys hitting gaps quickly, making plays, getting YACs, etc. This TE group being the best in the league by far. Look at the OL, yeah their jobs are easier with guys playing contain but look at the running lanes, look at how well they've executed on pulls.

Not to mention how amazing this secondary is, any time you force the QB to hold on to the ball 7-10 seconds you know you have a special unit there. This is the best secondary in the league. You have everything from stout coverage to playmaking back there. Linebackers have improved vastly and DL does its job against the run.

Like I said, Lamar has been playing great but I feel like the rest of the team itself has not been getting the credit that they deserve. I think it's time people show the other guys some love. Not us, but the media and other fans in general.

I think some people (nobody here) are trying to boost Lamar by trying to act like he's carrying a trash team. Which is nonsense because he's doing exactly what he needs to do.

So with us about halfway through the toughest part of our schedule, it seems like we are ahead of schedule since most said we only needed to win about 3 of these games.

I think our fanbase has shown the other guys love, but everyone else acts like this is a trash team when it's far from that. This is a damn nearly complete team minus the WRs and pass rushers.

I feel like our secondary gets the most shafted. All the media ever talks about is how great the Pats' secondary is and I barely ever hear ours get mentioned. We could have potentially 3 Pro-Bowlers in Humphrey, Peters, and Thomas, but you would never know it from the media.

Yeah, they mentioned them during games because they are forced to. Can't ignore them shutting almost everybody down. Little bit on Mondays, then all over again - NE, NE, NE and seldom other teams.

We acknowledge them. We all agree Andrews is a beast and I've said Hollywood already looks like the best wr we've ever drafted. Hurst has been reliable as hell when called upon and Roman has been calling great games. Boyle and Pat get a ton of respect on the board too. We know the work they're doing. The media is probably the one gassing up Lamar, even though he deserves a lot of it for the bullshit criticism he received. Love that at every chance he gives his teammates praise and seems to be focused on one goal.

The defense is starting to get some attention again. They deserve it and Eric deserves plenty of credit for not just accepting what we had and hoping it fixed itself. Problems were addressed and the team is playing at a high level. Each side seems to feed off the other and that's part of what makes it so fun to watch. Regardless of how this season ends, everyone should just enjoy the journey.

Yeah I firmly believe this is the best secondary in the league. No one is this deep nor do they have this many playmakers on their secondary. People have sort of acknowledge it but I firmly believe this is the best secondary in the league.

I'm really referring to the media and other commentators in general, our fans do acknowledge everyone else.
