If Mekari continues to play the way he did we wont need to re-sign Skura, admittedly he did make a lot of progress but that was from being a practice squad level turnstile to a league average center with replacement level pass blocking ability.

im assuming we'll tender skura for another year given its fairly low cost

he's actually top 6 or 7 now. Of course I'm sure LJ and Greg Roman as well as Joe D make it easier in this offense, but he has made tremendous strides and I do expect a drop off, but maybe it won't be too much.

Just found out it was Weddle who got trucked by Ingram. I understand why we parted but I wish he was still here in a leadership capacity, he had the right mindset and would have flourished with all this good energy and momentum.

I LOVE the idea of schobert as a FA pickup, for a defense that has found its stride and is dominating without the help of a legitimate starting ILB that would be a power play, like a huge one.

But what would you think about swapping Leonard Williams for Michael pierce? He’s been hurt and our defense has been stellar without him, leading me to believe we just don’t need him. I wonder if we could swing a move like that and add schobert and Williams

not sure about l.williams. I don't think he's anything wow that we couldnt find more cheaply

i wonder if we have an eye on jamal adams after we tried to get him at the trade deadline.
