The Random Thought Thread

So week 14 of the NFL season could be the first time the defense is at full strength with all of its starters playing. On one hand that just shows how bad the injuries were last year but on the other it is nice to get healthy at the right time.
Ride the defense down the stretch. Lamar gets back healthy and rested just in time for the playoffs. Playoff dark horse that most will write off which is exactly what we should all hope for

When the F is piss poor Ojabo playing?
It doesn’t make sense to rush him back at this point as it’s not a huge need.

If Marcus Williams is playing today my key for the defense is each Marcus making 1 pick with the rest providing 3 sacks and keeping the Steelers under 75 rushing yds.

2 years in a row we are in the bottom 4. 2 years in a row the Bengals are in the top 4.

This was from right after the Lisfranc surgery on 11/21...
“Right, it sounds like it went great. The doctors told me it went well. Rashod texted me back and said it went really well. I don’t know what doctor tells you it’s a bad surgery right after. I say that jokingly because I think it went really well, so don’t take that the wrong way. By all accounts, it went great. He was in great spirits. The good thing is he got it in kind of a timeframe where it should be a quicker recovery than it would’ve been if it had been a worse injury. So, it was an injury that needed the surgery, for sure, and I think [it was] absolutely the right thing to get it done at that time, and it’s going to make for a really good recovery. That’s what I was told. I know he’s excited about that. I don’t know what the timeframe is for him coming back, but he’s going to be good for next year.”

Lol the Bengals reddit is talking about them getting the 1 seed. They have no respect

correct. They won't even be the 4 seed.
Well the Chiefs will need to drop one more. They finish the season on the road against the Raiders. They also have home games against the Seahawks and Broncos. Oh, and they have a road game next week against the Texans.

I could easily see the Bengals win 3 of their last 4: Bucs on the road, Pats on the road, Bills at home, and us at home.

So Marcus Williams breaks his wrist and is out 9 weeks. Try Hendrickson breaks his wrist and they are confident he'll only be out a few weeks, definitely by playoffs they said. What?
