I mean it really did not change much unless they drop one of their other non Ravens games. Both the Ravens and Dolphins could afford to lose one of the final 5 games, provided one beats the other, and the winning team of the head to head is the 1 seed. I guess if the Cowboys can also beat them then the game matters, for the Ravens at least. On a fun note now, if the Dolphins lose to the Ravens and the Bills win out (or basically the Bills win 1 more game than the Dolphins over the next 3), then somehow the Bills vs Dolphins game in the finale is for the division.
