It’s amazing to me that it is so difficult to find a quality NFL kicker. All of the people in the world and we can’t find 32 dudes who can be even decent by NFL standards.

I’ll never understand how college and NFL football teams allow kickers that just.... miss... kicks. I feel like there has to be pools of kickers in the USA that won’t miss simple kicks. Or snappers that won’t mess the snaps idk man it seems so SILLY. Would love opinions on this.

I tell you what, this absolutely feels like one of those times where if we somehow end up losing one and done, this could be a franchise changer. We cannot afford to one and done this year. It only gets harder here on out with cap situations, and it would flat out look terrible on us as an organization to continue to choke

Not many teams (if any) have specialist position coaches for special teams still

No teams have a Randy brown type - they’ve all got special teams coordinators but they’re not working with positional players the same way

Ravens have 2 specialist special teams coaches in Randy brown and Sam Koch
