The Random Thought Thread

I hope everyone is prepared and is safe. Hurricanes sound terrifying tbh I’d much rather deal with the earthquakes but what’s the purpose of filling up the tub? Drinking water?
You could use it as drinking water but most of us stock up on bottled water in advance. I always fill the tub and use that water to refill the toilet. A lot of people don’t realize it will still flush without city water pressure/flow. You just have to manually fill the tank each time

That makes sense. Good luck to all of you guys out there!

I'm on well water so of course it runs on electricity. That's what we fill the tub for is the toilets.

I've read multiple times that when they shut down the pumps, its a high probability of sewage coming back up into the toilet after you flush. I'll be shitting in my backyard with my dogs, thank you very much. #bonding
