Hall of Famer
Probably a safe assumption, but you never know what his life situation might be.There are 32 head coaching jobs in the world. If he gets offered one, he’ll take one. Just as 99.9% of the other coaches in the league would.

Agreed we don’t know, but we can probably infer the reality of the situation. There are very few guys that would pass up a HC job.Probably a safe assumption, but you never know what his life situation might be.
True. But he’s working on a pretty well oiled machine here and Steve has deep pockets. After we win the SB this season Monk may want to stay to help in building the dynasty!Agreed we don’t know, but we can probably infer the reality of the situation. you could say the same about many coordinators that get head coach jobs, ie Mike Mac. Maybe they all can't build a dynasty but they are normally running well oiled machines.True. It’s still early, but I feel compelled to come here and give Faalele some flowers for now. I’ll admit I was saying after week 2 that I saw no plausible way he was going to be a halfway competent G and he’s shut me up recently. I was wrong. Hope his stock keeps rising.
He’s surprised tf outta me I still gotta watch his film from this week tho
Gotta give the FO and coaching staff credit on this one as well. They came in with a patient approach and said they wanted to get younger, knowing the early returns might not be great, but thinking they'll get better with reps. Still a long ways to go but it's trending the right direction.definitely worth mentioning the level of competition has gone down from the first couple of weeks
but hard to say that he hasnt massively improved when you turn on the tape - the way he's getting out of his stance, the way he's moving in space, the way he's processing line games, the way he's winning at the point of contact... all massively improved from early in the year
he and RR have become a really promising duo on the right side - yes there are inconsistencies but also tons of promising reps to hang your hat on
Mikey was with the Ravens for 10 years, started as an intern with Harbs. Monk is 20 years farther down the road than him, maybe he has a different agenda.you could say the same about many coordinators that get head coach jobs, ie Mike Mac. Regardless of what we may think at times, and while nobody bats 1.000, they are some of the best in the business.Gotta give the FO and coaching staff credit on this one as well. Or that lol..Nah, we need to find good offensive guy and give him HC job
yes I'm aware of that and it's possible that he wants to be an assistant, but not probable.Mikey was with the Ravens for 10 years, started as an intern with Harbs. Monk is 20 years farther down the road than him, maybe he has a different agenda.
Thats because someone caught it, just wasn't a RavenI don't think he has that many drops at all. As a matter of fact, I just checked the stats and he doesn't have any drops on the season. The Raiders game "drop" wasn't graded as a drop.

Watching him smile while running actually makes me laugh my ass off. Dude is so humble and goofy, it was so hard hating him in Tennessee but King is just as "should have been raven" than Steve smith sr.Bet he don’t know how to dance. That man stiff af
