I view this with a much more optimistic outlook - George saw the writing on the wall, Harbaugh is out, new HC bringing his coaches.

I know he went to Georgia Tech but I'm surprised he's not holding out for a OC position in the NFL.

Not often tight end coaches get OC jobs in the NFL . His last opportunity as a offensive coordinator with the Texans and Dolphins weren't great but he likely gets paid more as a offensive coordinator for Georgia Tech than being the ravens tight end coach. If he's does well if not better he might end up getting a head coaching opportunity at the college level and maybe a NFl team may want his services as offensive coordinator.

At first it seems like Raven fans were getting bored of the regular season success the team was getting especially if the playoffs entrance didn't equal to a super bowl visit and now we back to regular season success mattering after seeing Mike MacDonald success. Dope for Mike and wish him much success.
