Seems like people forget about a guy who had an amazing season for us... Alex Collins. On a per carry and solo effort basis, he may have had the best season of any RB, and tons of metric and film to make a case for it.
And get this, he did it with no help and no time to acclimate himself. And in spectacular fashion. It didn't look flukey at all, he had consistent spectacular runs all by his own effort. Max and Boyle helped spring a good number of runs, but he squeezed through holes most RBs wouldn't attempt to, he made tacklers miss routinely, he outran, ran over, and juked tacklers better than any rb in the league last year, and made the most of those forced missed tackles by racking up an absurd yards after contact average.
Alex Collins was fucking spectacular, and there is no reason to not think we have a pro bowl rb this year, yet the vibe I get is that we shouldn't expect a repeat performance, it seems like he's been swept under the rug
