I mean the first season after the superbowl everybody either retired or went off and signed new contracts elsewhere....
2014 made it when everybody was relatively healthy and lost to the Patriots because Jimmy Smith got injured.
The 2015 season was a dud because everyone got injured before anything could even get started...
Last season the team showed that it has made some strides but also was relying upon players coming back from injuries. But showed they are a threat.
This team is not a bad team and it isn't the front office's fault that all of this occurred. To be honest I think the front office has done a pretty good job in retaining key players and signing new ones to keep this a competitive team.
Its the same excuses explaining away all our failures, the only excuse that flies is if Flacco is out. The way some fans go on youd think we were the only team with injuries, the Packers get decimated annually but Rodgers still drags his rec league squad to the playoffs every single year.
