I’m really sick of that narrative. Wtf makes anyone think ray Lewis is automatically HC material?

Ravens literally started their franchise with a publicity stunt of a head coach, probably learned their lesson after hiring marchibroda just because he was the colts head coach 15 years prior

The Ray Lewis one I get because of his "rah-rah" attitude, but Ngata? LMAOOOOOOOOOO!!!

And the big reason he was never a DPOY or a candidate to be re-signed, or hell the reason he wasn’t drafted top 3 overall, was due to his lack of passion and work ethic, which was rumored through was college and was the sole reason he fell to us instead of going top 3, and those same reasons proved to be his downfall, despite him playing ALMOST to a DPOY level for years with us, he was just never able to take that next step despite having the talent of an Aaron Donald and the strength of s Vince wilfork.

Ray was more than "rah-rah". The man was extremely passionate about the game of football and led by example on the field! The present-day Ravens defense is void of that IMO.

Exactly! While I definitely liked a whole lot of other Ravens, Ray Lewis will forever be my dude! I connected with him like no other. And, to say that I miss that cat would be an understatement.
 
The Jags could use Joe and with a healthy Fournette in the backfield would INSTANTLY make them a playoff team again.
